Meditate & Craft

Join me for a guided, healing meditation connecting deeply to nature, yourself & your guides/angels/higher self. The meditation will be around 20-30 minutes and followed by a craft.

We will make a suncatcher that you can hang in your car or by a window.

This is an opportunity to connect to nature, others while also tapping into your creativity and creating something beautiful.

We will meet at Pundt Park at 9:30 am and you can stay as long as you'd like. Depending on the weather it might be hot. If it rains we will meet by the pavilion. (This is a rain or shine event).

Bring a yoga mat or blanket (something you don't mind getting sandy) to sit on, water and yourself :)
